📬 Newsletter

For payment processing of memberships and orders, we use the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg.
When selecting PayPal as a payment method, your payment data (e.g. name, email address, transaction details) is transmitted to PayPal. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).

🤖 AI Data Processing (AMIGO AI)
Our website offers AMIGO AI, an AI-powered chatbot for questions about Amiga computers. The following data is processed:
- Chat messages: Your inputs are transmitted for processing to Anthropic, PBC (San Francisco, USA), the provider of the AI model “Claude”.
- Chat histories: Your conversations are stored server-side on our server in Germany to provide you with access to previous conversations.
- No disclosure to third parties: Apart from Anthropic for AI processing, your chat data is not shared with third parties.
The transfer to Anthropic (USA) is based on Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance) for registered users or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for guest users.

For the presentation and functionality of our website, we include resources from external Content Delivery Networks (CDN):
