QPD SPEED COMMS

This disk has been compiled by "Quartz Public Domain". I recently purchased a fast "Premier V34+ (33600BPS) modem. The software supplied was NCOMM 2.0 and although it is not the most recent version (NCOMM 3.0), it is the most recent & fully functional version (NCOMM 3.0 was a shareware released with some features disabled). So generally speaking the software supplied does just about everything I want it to do and it runs quite smoothly on my A4000/040. I was happy with the modem setup, until I remembered that you can't run the modem at full speed using the standard Amiga serial port. BaudBandit.Device", or "8n1.Device" allows you to run the standard Amiga serial port at high speeds 336000 on a bad day / 38000BPS if you are lucky! On this disk you will find the following groovy stuff: BaudBandit1.4b Latest version of the speedy serial replacement. 8n1.Device Another fast replacement for serial.device. 8n1.Device.Ncomm The special NCOMM version of above. Ncomm2.0 The main terminal emulator it's self! Disk 4207 - Disk 4208 (ABC) - Disk 4209 - Disk 4210 - Disk 4211 - Disk 4213 - Disk 4214 -
