ProTracker
ProTracker is a music sequencing software for the Amiga that became the definitive tracker for the platform. It utilizes the Amiga's Paula chip to play back four channels of 8-bit sampled sound simultaneously, allowing users to create music using the MOD file format. Released in 1990 as an evolution of earlier trackers like NoiseTracker, it introduced a standardized format that became ubiquitous in the demoscene and video game music throughout the 1990s.
