Disk 1601 VISION & SOUND 2001 (C) IFF is a simple CLI IFF viewer. Mostra is another IFF picture viewer with slighty better features. SOUNDEffect is a program which offers many facilities to edit samples. LongPlay is a tool for playing long samples directly from the hard drive. PrtScr will make the PrtScr key do what it should and print the formost screen. Disk 1602 ASSIGN MANAGER This is a very useful utility for your workbench. It is a system preferences program for organising and sorting your Assign. Also included on this disk is Assigns 1.1 which does much the same thing. These therefore eliminate the need for tens of lines in your User-startup. Good. Disk 1603 BACK TO BACK There are four utilities on this compilation: PCRestore is a tool for transferring files between a pc and Amiga. Address Manager 2.0 is a small database for storing all your names and addresses. Windows Daemon gives you the user a good control over intuition windows and menus. EditKeys allows you to design and save your very own keymaps. Good. Disk 1604 DESKTOP MAGIC V2.0 This is a great fun utility for you desktop. This program stops monitor burn in by popping up an animation when the machine is left on without being used. Also there are features which allow the introduction of sound effects to your workbench. Very good. Disk 1605 MAGIC WORKBENCH EXTRAS 2 (AB) The second double disk covering all the types of icons for use with Magic Workbench. Disk 1606 MAGIC WORKBENCH EXTRAS 2 (B) Disk 1607 MAGIC WORKBENCH EXTRAS 3 (A) The third double disk covering all the types of icons for use with Magic Workbench. Disk 1608 MAGIC WORKBENCH EXTRAS 3 (B) Disk 1609 MAGIC WB BACKGROUND KIT This disk is for those using the Magic WB system. It consists of many new background patterns for your Workbench and also a tool which is designed to randomly select new backgrounds from a list of your favourites so that your workbench is never the same! Good. Disk 1610 (ST-98) MYSTERONS FX A very good set of sound effects. These sound samples (saved IFF) range in subject. None of these are really intended for musical use but more for games. All the FX are silly sounds (pops boings etc). Quite amusing. Good. Disk 1611 SNOOPDOS V3.0 The very latest version of this remarkably useful tool. Snoopdos will log all the dos/library calls and more when you run a program. This is handy for both the programmer and the beginner. For example; Have you ever installed a program to your harddrive and then discovered that it will not run without a certain library but you don't know which? Well this will inform you. A highly useful program which has been improved massivly for this release. Now includes a full GUI. Excellent. Disk 1612 DPAINT BUDDY SYSTEM (AB) A clever utility which workss with Dpaint to bring you a help system for the program. Simply select from the Dpaint menu bar and each option is described in detail. Very good. Needs Dpaint. Disk 1613 DPAINT BUDDY SYSTEM (B) Disk 1614 (ST-00) SATURNE MODULES #1 The first part in the series. This disk has four noise tracker modules (power packed) which are indeed very origanal as well as very good. Disk 1615 (ST-00) SATURNE MODULES #2 The second part in the series. This disk brings you three supurb pieces of music in the form of power packed noise tracker modules. Music ranges in style. Good. Disk 1616 CHEATS V3.0 An excellent set of game cheats and solutions which are presented with good graphics and amusing sound effects taken from films and cartoons. Several good solutions for some quite recent adventures here. Very good. Disk 1617 MICRO PHONE NUMBER LOCATOR A very good and amazingly useful utility which will not only tell you the location of an STD code (eg. 0702 = Southend-On-Sea) but also the local area as well (eg. 0702 291122 = Southend-On-Sea & Shoeburyness). This is incredibly clever and it is an exclusive feature. Also included on this disk is a version which will work when the STD codes are changed throughout the UK in 1995. Superb. Disk 1618 DUST 3D SPECIAL EFFECTS DEMO Dust is a programm which manipules 3d-objects. It reads in one object and creates a sequence of new objects. Special-Effects: - Morph between two VARIOUS Objects, - 1d, 2d, 3D-Waves (TWaves and LWaves), incl. Damping, - Gravity and more. Requires use of LHA command which is provided on the disk. Disk 1619 CPK This is an interesting utility which renders spheres. This can be used to create chemistry diagrams involving molecular structures etc..There are other utilities included which CPK uses to perform certain processes. Very good. Disk 1620 NIGHT MATHS ATTACK This is an educational game which teaches the four basic skills of maths, addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The idea is that you have to shoot the correct answers with your helicopter. Good. Disk 1621 TEE TO GREEN This is a database for Golf players. It will allow you to record everything to with your game. You can record every course, hole and shot you ever play. It will calculate handicaps, show your best rounds, best eclectic score, show course info, show hole info, and much much more. A superb program if you play golf. Excellent graphics as well! Disk 1622 MAP DESIGNER V2.0A This utility is used to design and create maps for use in applications such as Amos. These are used for the creation of games. It takes a pictures and divides it into pieces. Good GUI, easy to use. Disk 1623 GAS TRICK This is a little utility which is designed to take the hassle out of caculating the state of your Gas bill. Simply enter a few figures and dates and you are there. Very good. Disk 1624 CHEATS V1.0 This disk is simply a text file full of game cheats and Action Replay pokes. There are tips for well over 500 Amiga games some of which may have been published in the Amiga press but many of these are exclusive. Good. Disk 1625 LOCKUP V3.6 This is a simple utility which prevents anyone other than the password holder from accessing Workbench. Easily installable. Very good. Disk 1626 CHRISTMAS LABELS This disk contains exactly twenty Cristmas Labels. These come in the form of IFF graphics suitable for use in DPaint and similar applications. These could be very useful. Great cartoons etc. Disk 1627 PROTITLER This program has many great facilities for titling videos. This program is mainly for use with a genlock and it has some handy capabilities such as displaying a football score and clock for puting on footbal videos. Very good. Disk 1628 STAR TREK OBJECTS a stunning selection of Imagine objects for use with Imagine v2.0 or better, objects full under the subject Star Trek Disk 1629 IMAGINE OBJECTS 5 a large amount of different Imagine objects for use with Imagine v2.0 or better, objects full under various diffent heading and subjects. Disk 1630 BABYLON 5 OBJECTS This is the main Imagine object for the Amiga, Yes the Babylon 5 Rendered space station with all it's special effects and stunning graphics, as seen on TV. Disk 1631 ALIENS OBJECTS Even more Imagine 2.0 objects all featuring the alien and aliens film series. Disk 1632 MYINFO V1.21 This utility is for storing information to do with the running of your home etc..(both financially and practically). You can set up your own records and there are other tools such as a budget sheet and a calculator. Good. Disk 1633 WORKBENCH PATTERNS This disk contains loads and loads of pretty workbench patterns. Some are colour some are black and white. So if you want to spice up your workbench add some patterns. Great. Disk 1634 BLITZ CASE This new tool is a program to help those of you who program in Blitz 2. CASE stands for Computer Aided Software Engineering, which means designing a program structure before actually coding it. Blitz Case allows the design of a flow chart which outlines procedures and loops etc.. and creates the relevant code. Excellent. Disk 1635 LOTTERY WINNER Well it didn't take very long for this one to pop up. Yes here it is the very first National Lottery prediction program! There are all sorts of features here which could help you to hit the jackpot. Good. Disk 1636 MENUS & MORE V3.12 This is a versatile tool for creating your own menu systems. This can be applied to magazines, slideshows, demos and new frontends. You can introduce your own graphics and vitually replace your current Workbench. Very good. Disk 1637 BABYLON 5 OBJECTS 2 This disk has a selection of Imagine 3.0 object files of Babylon 5 related space craft etc.. The pre rendered example is excellent. Disk 1638 SPECCY WARGAMES This disk contains a whole load of snapshot files for use with a spectrum emulator. All these games are wargames. They are all very well documented as well. The games included are: Arnhem, Desert Rats, Vulcan, Ancient Battles, Annals of Rome, Battlefield Germany, The Fall of Rome, Dark Empire, Death in Russia, Their Finest Hour, Sorceror Lord, and Swords of Bane. Disk 1639 STEREOCAD DEMO A new program to make your own 3d stereogram pictues in colour. It's an object modeled with IMAGINE 2.9 . It can also be used in 3.0. Disk 1645 MANGA BABES Manga Babes, Sexy Female 3d Babes is a set of Shareware 3D objects designed for use with Impulse's Imagine raytracer, Autodesk's 3D Studio and any 3D program which reads DXF objects. This means that you can talk to your Amiga and get an intellegent response. The system is quite good fun. Excellent. Disk 1650 PDCAT This is system for creating PD catalogues. There are many features including the fact that each description has its own page and can easily be printed for ordering etc. Very Good. Disk 1651 MEMORY MUSIC MOTHER & MODULES This module disk contains three tunes and a version of the OctaMedplayer which can be executed from workbench. The tunes are of a high standard with good samples etc. Good. Disk 1652 POPULAR UTILS There are two superb utilities on this disk. ButtonMenu v1.21 is a system which allows you to design menus with all the gadtool buttons etc. The menus are capable of calling another menu so complex menu structures can be created. F1GP-Ed v2.03 is a great tool for those of you who play F1GP from Microprose. This tool allows you to edit many things to do with the game such as the cars, the speed of the game and the season data etc. Great. Disk 1653 (ST-00) MUSIC EXAMPLES #1 There are about twelve examples of music which could be used for Amiga games. These modules have been written by someone who wants to make music for games. If you need a soundtrack or just like the sound of this sort of music then this disk is for you. Disk 1654 (ST-00) MUSIC EXAMPLES #2 There are another dozen or so modules on this second volume. All the tracks are yet again designed with games in mind. Very good. Disk 1655 FRIENDS OF PAULA: SIMPLY BLUE There are eight great Octamed tunes on this disk. They are all Jazz related in some way although they do contrast in their styles. Very good. Disk 1656 AURAL ILLUSION JR This is a very good sound sampling and editing system which can load 8 or 16 bit samples and store them as 16 bit samples in memory and can then perform actions upon these sounds. Very good. Disk 1657 SILICON JOURNAL This is a computer diary system. Basically you can write about whatever subject you like and then have it appended onto the last entry. Journals can then be saved printed etc.. So if you want to be like Doogie Hauser then get this disk. Disk 1658 D_SOLVE CROSSWORD This game allows you to design and play crossword puzzles. Written in Amos Professional this game looks good and is easy to use. If you like crosswords then you will like this. Good. Disk 1659 MSDOS FOR AMIGADOS V2.3 This is a very interesting utility which should be useful to anyone who uses both PCs and Amigas. The tool allows you to create a directory on which you can store MSDOS commands and then they can be used through the shell as if they were AmigaDos commands. Great. Disk 1660 PAGESTREAM V3D PATCH This is the fourth patch for the desk top publisher PageStream 3. This will help to iron out most of the creases and bugs that the DTP has. Warning: Patches 3B and 3C need to be installed before this can be used effectivly. Disk 1661 (AGA) NATIONAL LOTTERY This is a national lottery prediction program called Lottery Winner. It consists of a database system which can record the National Lottery results from week to week until it has sufficient data to make certain types of predictions or just a random guess. Good. Disk 1662 HD GAMES INSTALLER 2 This disk contains a variety of hard disk installers for a few well known commercial games. These games are as follows: AlienBreed 2 AGA, Jungle Strike, Assassin (Special Edition), Body Blows, Goal, Ishar 2, Zool 2 AGA, Ruff and Tumble, Body Blows 2 AGA, StarDust, Super Frog, Walker, Rise of the Robots, Bubble and Squeak, ElfMania, Aladdin AGA and Motal Kombat 2. Great. Disk 1663 (AGA) MORE 256 COLOUR ICONS There are eighteen 256 colour icons on this disk. They are all digitised photos of models and album covers plus some others. Great quality. Comes with Iconian ican editor. Disk 1664 MAGIC WB EXTRAS 4 (AB) This two disk set brings with it a whole load of great new icons for MagicWB users. There are drawers, tools, documents and also a whole bunch of patterns for your backdrops. Very good. Disk 1665 MAGIC WB EXTRAS 4 (B) Disk 1666 VIDEOTRACKER 2 [WB2] This is by far the best and easiest way to create music demos like the well known Jesus on E's. Videotracker takes a previously created music module, divides it into sections and then routines can be loaded and assigned to the different samples etc. Very good. Disk 1667 CHEAT LISTER V3.06 (AB) This is one of the best cheat lists I have seen. The file is over 40,000 lines long and there are cheats for over 800 games! The files are displayed in AmigaGuide format for ease of use and there are also diagrams included for some cheats. Very good. Disk 1668 CHEAT LISTER V3.06 (B) Disk 1669 TUDE V1.0 This is a great utility. The Ultimate DEgrader is a very extensive and easy way of degrading your machine for all sorts of purposes. It is useful for playing old game on A1200s for example which need kickstart 1.3. There is a GUI version included as well as a CLL version so most people will have no trouble using it. A highly useful tool for all Amiga owners. Good. Disk 1670 (ST-99) ALERT SAMPLES This small set of sound samples are all meant to be alert signals or alarms or siren or whatever you want to use them for. Disk 1671 (AGA) ASSASSINS FIX DISK An entire disk full of utilities for those A1200 and A4000 owners out there who can not for the life of them get some of there favourite games or demos to work. This disk has fixes for Last Ninja 3, Heimdall, Speed Ball 2 and Shadowlands. KillAGA does exactly that. A1200RUN is a new version of the cli/dos command RUN. Kick 1.3 plus loads the old kickstart 1.3 into memory so that you can run 1.3 programs. Degrader helps you to degrade you A1200 down to a A500. FakeMem and FakeFast both turn 2Mb of chip RAM into Half a meg chip and 1.5 Meg Fast RAM. Very useful disk. Disk 1672 (AGA) THE COMPLETE PICTURE (A) These two disks are full of AGA backdrops and icons for use on your workbench. There are many different kinds of backdrops included. More than one of these being of a Star Trek theme. A good installation system is included which allows you to choose the pictures you want. Good. Disk 1673 (AGA) THE COMPLETE PICTURE (B) Disk 1674 IMAGE STUDIO V1.21 This is a very good graphics conversion program. Image Studio uses a virtual memory system which relies on hard disk space rather than on RAM to convert graphics into most popular Amiga and PC file formats. Great. Disk 1675 BANK MANAGER V1.1 DEMO This is essentially a home finance program. The idea behind this is quite simple. By using Bank Manager you can work out what a statement will look like in say six months time. This can be very useful. Then you can say add payments for a car, which you intend to buy, in order to predict the state of your balance. Very useful. Disk 1676 TURBOCAT V1.5 & TURBOVIEW V1.5 This is a great utility for listing all of your disks. Turbocat will log and catalogue the disks which are placed into DF0. Each volume name is added to a list which can then be saved. Turboview is used to view the catalogues which you have created. Good. Disk 1677 AUTOBOOT V4.0 This is a very simple utility which may be of some use to those Amiga uses who want to make autobooting disks but do not know the basics of AmigaDOS. Autoboot will install and then create a startup-sequence for a particular disk. Disk 1678 EASYSTAT V1.0 This is a utility which you can use rather like a spreadsheet innorder to store statistical information and then create charts etc..Very good. Disk 1679 COP THE LOT This is a lottery prediction/database system which can store the previous lottery results and also select random numbers etc. Good. Disk 1680 AWARD MAKER 2 This is a very good tool for the creation and printing of Awards and certificates. There are hundreds of types to choose from then you can choose a font a border and also some of the text etc. Very good results. Disk 1681 JAPANESE DICTIONARY (A) Believe it or not this is a dictionary for english people who want to learn Japanese! Each word when clicked on will display a picture and the japanese will be prenounced as a sound sampled voice. Very educational. Disk 1682 JAPANESE DICTIONARY (B) Disk 1683 MULTIPRINT 4 This collection of useful printer tools has been put together by the Assassins. There are seven utilities included: Epoch Master v1.1 is a diary and timetable program. Lab Select v4 is a tool for printing address labels. Tape Cover v1.0 is a tool which prints out inlay cards for audio cassettes. Banner v1.2 is a program which allows you to print, believe it or not, banners. PrintManager 2.0 is a print spooler for Amiga users with OS 2.0 or 3.0. PhoneIt v1.3 is a tool which stores telephone numbers with their respective codes and names etc.. MCMaster v1.2 is a another tool for printing cassette inlays. Very good. Disk 1684 LOANS AND ACCOUNTS This disk has six utilities all to do with accounts and finance. They are: The Home Accountant V1.2, Amortize V1.16, Financa V1.4, FKM V1.32, HomeBudget V1.3 and LoanCalc V2.0d. Great collection. Disk 1685 JAPANESE LANGUAGE AIDS This disk has three good tools which compliment the Japanese dictionary. There is a vocabulary prenouncer, a tool to teach the japanese symbols and a pop up vocabulary builder. Very good. Disk 1686 WORKBENCH TRICKS BLOBS, A simple graphics worms like program. BLOCKS2, Amusing and colorful screen hack. BULLY, Pushes all open screens around. CLOSEME, Another cute screen hack. CRAP TOUCH, SUCKS Touch utility with lots of features... DBR13, Another fine SUCKS product DEMOLITION, Neat little display hack. DRUNKEN MOUSE, A cute display hack. ESUOM, Screen hack that affects mouse pointer. FRIENDS, Cute little screen hack. GO64, A cute screen hack about Commodore 64. GOTHTEST, Goth Test HAMMMM2, Graphics hack that displays moving lines MAGICLOCKER10, BRAND NEW SUCKS PROGRAM! GET IT NOW! SUCKS KEYS, SWISH, ZEDWB21, ZEITANSAGE. Disk 1687 (AGA) FIXES VOL 1 This program disk will help AGA machine users get some added compatibility out of their older software. Don't forget many supposedly incompatible programs will work on the AGA machines by suitable adjustment of the boot options. (Hold down both mouse buttons when booting). Disk 1688 F1GP-ED V2.04 This version of F1GP-Ed will work on any version of F1GP, including the A600 WWW version which was not supported in V2.03 because of a bug. T3DLIB reads and writes Imagine Object and Staging files and reads and writes ASCII text versions of these called T3D (Textual Three Dimension Data Description) files which can be edited or algorithmically manipulated.
