CygnusEd (CED) by ASDG was THE programmer's editor on the Amiga. Fast, small, powerful with ARexx support, syntax highlighting, macros, multiple documents and extremely stable performance. CED was for Amiga programmers what vi/emacs is for Unix users. CygnusEd Professional (CEDPro) extended it with project management and compiler integration.
