AMOS Pro (1992) was the extended version of AMOS Basic. Improvements: new editor with folding and better navigation, compiler for faster programs, extended command set, better AGA support, improved error handling. AMOS Pro Compiler generated significantly faster code than interpreted mode. The AMOS community created numerous extensions for additional functionality.
