AmigaOS 3.1.4 (2018) by Hyperion Entertainment was the first official OS update in 24 years. It brought bug fixes, new drivers, improved hard drive support (>4GB partitions, >2TB drives), USB stack preparations, and modernized system utilities. AmigaOS 3.2 (2021) expanded with new Preferences system, improved Workbench, new Shell features, enhanced floppy support, and comprehensive documentation. Both run on all 68k Amigas from 68020 up.
